Zentrale Autoglas acquires Autoglas Darmstadt – Blechmann GmbH

Zentrale Autoglas, a leading service provider in the bus and coach glass industry, and part of Cary Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Autoglas Darmstadt – Blechmann GmbH, a highly respected bus glass company in the Frankfurt area.

“This acquisition is a strategic opportunity to combine Autoglas Darmstadt’s solid customer base and technical expertise with our supply chain and operational capabilities. Our focus is to maintain the high quality of service and to ensure continuity for Autoglas Darmstadt’s customers with fast response time and specialized solutions. We are very excited to welcome their talented team to Zentrale Autoglas”, says Helge Prigge, Managing Director Zentrale Autoglas GmbH.

Autoglas Darmstadt Blechmann GmbH has built a strong local reputation in the bus and coach glass segment. The founder Bodo Blechmann has been growing the business since the start in 1983 and will continue working alongside the team of Zentrale Autoglas also after the merger.

Ryds Bilglas launches Autoklinik, a new brand for body repair workshops

Ryds Bilglas, part of Cary Group, brings together eleven already established workshops in Sweden under a new shared brand, Autoklinik. This includes well-known workshops from Sveaplans Bil Plåt & Lack in Stockholm to Autoklinik in Malmö.

EXPERIENCE AND LOCAL CONNECTION IN A MODERN CONCEPT
Autoklinik has been established to offer a smoother damage repair experience for car owners in Sweden. Regardless of car producer or model, Autoklinik offers damage assessment and repair of sheet metal and plastic damage, as well as painting. Always with a focus on simplicity, quality, and quick service.
