Zentrale Autoglas acquires workshop in Rostock
Zentrale Autoglas, a leading specialist in bus and coach glazing and part of Cary Group, has acquired the Rostock-based auto glass business Zentrale Autoglas as of 1 July 2026.
Zentrale Autoglas Rostock provides vehicle glass repair and replacement services for passenger cars, buses and commercial vehicles. Through the acquisition, Zentrale Autoglas strengthens its presence in northern Germany and establishes operations in Rostock. Although previously unaffiliated, the company shares its name with the existing Zentrale Autoglas operations, making the continuation of the established brand a natural fit.
