Cary Group enters the Dutch Bus & Coach glazing market through the acquisition of AGS Holland Distribution B.V.
Cary Group, has through its German subsidiary Zentrale Autoglas, entered into an agreement to acquire AGS Holland Distribution B.V., the leading specialist provider of glass distribution and repair and replacement services for the Bus & Coach sector in the Netherlands. The acquisition marks Cary Group’s entry into the Dutch market and further strengthens its European platform for heavy‑duty and specialty glazing services.

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Rotterdam, AGS Holland Distribution B.V. is the number one specialist in technically advanced glazing solutions for the Dutch Bus & Coach market. As a full‑service distribution partner, the company supplies high‑quality bus and coach windshields and components, while also offering professional on‑site installation through its nationwide franchise organisation.
With over 30 years of experience, AGS Holland Distribution B.V. has deep technical expertise in large‑format and structurally complex windshields, including ADAS‑equipped and OEM‑specific installations. The franchisees, which operates under the governance of AGS Holland Distribution B.V., consists of highly skilled franchise entrepreneurs selected for their knowledge, craftsmanship and professional experience.
Cary Group acquires 100 percent of AGS Holland Distribution B.V. through its German subsidiary Zentrale Autoglas. The acquisition complements Cary Group’s existing Bus & Coach businesses, including Svenska Bussglas in the Nordics and Zentrale Autoglas in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. Upon completion, AGS Holland Distribution B.V. will be integrated as a region of Zentrale Autoglas.
