Zentrale Autoglas acquires Autoglas Darmstadt – Blechmann GmbH
Zentrale Autoglas, a leading service provider in the bus and coach glass industry, and part of Cary Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Autoglas Darmstadt – Blechmann GmbH, a highly respected bus glass company in the Frankfurt area.

Our focus is to maintain the high quality of service and to ensure continuity for Autoglas Darmstadt’s customers with fast response time and specialized solutions. Autoglas Darmstadt Blechmann GmbH has built a strong local reputation in the bus and coach glass segment. The founder Bodo Blechmann has been growing the business since the start in 1983 and will continue working alongside the team of Zentrale Autoglas also after the merger.
