Cary Group acquires Quick Car Fix in Norway

Cary Norway, part of Cary Group with operations in the Nordics and Great Britain, is adding the SMART repair chain Quick Car Fix to its expanding business, with an 80% acquisition.

“We are happy to welcome Quick Car Fix to our international group and local operations in Norway. As part of our expansion in the Nordics and the ambition to broaden our business, Quick Car Fix is a valuable contribution to our family of companies offering smarter car care solutions to our customers”, says Anders Jensen, CEO Cary Group

Quick Car Fix, specializing in SMART Repair – Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques – was founded in 2009 with the aim to offer cost efficient, fast and sustainable car repairs within the field of cosmetic damages. Its 14 workshops are located all around Norway at strategic locations such as airports, shopping centers and parking lots and had a total turnover of 60 MNOK in 2020.

Quick Car Fix will continue with business as usual and its CEO Pål Mørk will, as responsible for SMART Repair Norway and as a 20% owner, play a key role in future operations as well as the integration within Cary Group.

“We are looking forward to being part of Cary Group, a dream come true as I see it. I truly belive in Cary Group’s strategies for the future and their expanding journey ahead. It gives us the potential to grow nationwide with our concept, enter new markets and to become a complete supplier to our customers”, says Pål Mørk, CEO Quick Car Fix.
